Corey Vella currently is a Company Director and Board Member for Independent Vets of Australia and VetFamily Australia after steering the IVA business as Country Manager for the last first 6 years. He comes with over 30 years history within healthcare and business industries. Graduating as a Registered Nurse in the late 80’s he worked as a clinical specialist, educator and manager within several clinical environments in South West Sydney Hospitals. After completing his Masters in Business Administration, he moved into medical sales in 2001. He managed large multinational business groups as Sales and Marketing Director and within General Management roles across APAC. His business acumen has seen his success within these roles and has lead these businesses to grow within the industry. In 2012 Corey invested into his own business and is now a multi-franchise owner which he continues to run today within the fitness industry.

Joining IVA in September 2017 has been an exciting opportunity to now bring his long business and clinical history to the Veterinary industry. His continued vision for the future of IVA and VetFamily and its members is to see their success. Working closely with Veterinarians and their desire to grow their business and deliver outstanding care to their clients is what motivates him most.
