An agenda based on input and priorities from our member community attracted a diverse group of vet clinics to our annual conference in Manly last month. It was a meeting of high energy, lots of networking and insights, and joy of finally getting together again after the pandemic.
Our Country Manager Corey Vella kicked the conference off by saying: “What I want you to have in mind during these days is: What if? What if we did this? The objective of the program is to share things that are useful for you as an independent clinic. That you will leave here with concrete actions relevant to your everyday challenges and ambitions.”
The first day focused on how to set targets based on your ambitions, how to follow up using KPIs, and how to with concrete steps define what your ambition really is. The three-day conference continued with various experts sharing insights on leadership, digitalization, marketing, and pricing. Plenty of time was also spent on valuable networking with our partner suppliers supporting the clinics.
